Order Processing

How long does it take for orders to go out?
Orders can take up to 1 or 2 business days to process which does not include weekends or holidays.

What if one of the items I order is on backorder?
If any one item of an order is on backorder, then an e-mail will be sent indicating that that the order is on backorder with additional information about processing the order.

Shipping

What shipping method is utilized for the Regular Shipping?
Our determination of the best method of shipping will be used unless UPS expedited shipping is chosen.

Do you ship outside of the USA?
We do not currently ship outside of the United States however we do ship to APO provided the item being shipped meets the USPS regulations for shipping. The CarveWright/CompuCarve Woodworking System currently exceeds the maximum weight limit and package dimensions to ship through regular mail.

Patterns, Projects & Premium Features

How do I get patterns or projects I have ordered?
Patterns, Pattern Collections, Projects & Premium Features require a license code to activate. An initial e-mail will be sent showing that an order is awaiting payment confirmation. Once payment is processed, another e-mail will be sent containing licensing codes necessary to utilize the item ordered.

Premium Features may require a certain version of the CarveWright Designer so read the description carefully before purchasing if you do not have the latest version of the software. Every license code added to the account stays on the account in the event that you do not receive the e-mail with the license codes.

Extended Warranty

Where do I go for repairs if I have an Extended Warranty through [Third Party]?
You will need to speak with the third party representative to find out their policy as they will be servicing your machine after the initial manufacturer warranty.
