CARVEWRIGHT RETURNS & REFUNDS:
Customers may return any item that is UNUSED within 30 days of purchase for a product refund with a 10% restocking fee* ** ***. All freight charges incurred in this transaction are the responsibility of the customer. Refunds will be made on credit cards for credit card purchases and by company check for all other purchases. No returns for a refund will be accepted more than 30 days from the date of purchase. Any item that has been used and is accepted by CarveWright for return within 30 days of the date of purchase will be subject to a 20% restocking fee; and, the customer will be charged for any missing components or damage to the machine, parts or accessories. For additional assistance, you may call 713-473-6572 and one of our customer service representatives will be glad to explain our return and refund policies. Please have the invoice ready when you call. A copy of the invoice must accompany all returns. *Any electronics purchased through the online store, will be charged a 35% restocking fee. **Any software (Patterns, Pattern Collections, Projects, Subscriptions or Premium Features) that has been activated to a customer account, will not be refundable as the code is not retrievable from the customer account. ***Any other items not covered above will be charged a 10% restocking fee.
